When reading barcodes, if the type of barcode to be read is predetermined, you can improve the reading accuracy by narrowing down the type of barcode to be read with the symbology filter settings. Use this filter setting in combination with the 6.2.2 Symbology data filter for more accurate reading.

When scanning barcodes with the camera and screen scan, open the settings screen from the 
“Filter settings” button.
