Definition of Commercial Use

Commercial use of this application refers to the use of the application by for-profit companies, sole proprietors, government agencies, for-profit educational institutions, or other entities engaged in commercial activities for their business purposes. Specifically, it includes any use that meets one or more of the following conditions:

  1. Use as part of business activities, revenue-generating projects, or professional duties.
  2. Use for organizational efficiency, process automation, or data analysis within the organization.
  3. Use for the sale, marketing, or promotion of products or services.
  4. Use for providing paid training, seminars, or workshops.
  5. Use in medical, clinical, or care facilities (such as hospitals, clinics, or nursing homes) as part of professional or institutional duties.

Personal use, use by nonprofit organizations (only when not for commercial purposes), use by students (regardless of whether the school is public or private), and use by public educational institutions do not constitute commercial use.
